- You make a bi-weekly grocery order to be delivered on a regularly scheduled day. Along with your groceries, we will pick up and deliver any prescription ordered by you at the Cub Foods pharmacy where we shop for you.
- A volunteer order taker will call every two weeks to get your personal grocery order. You may also place your order online.
- Our volunteers shop for your order. We shop at five different Cub Foods stores, strategically-located to cover the seven-county area. In these large stores, more than 50,000 competitively-priced, quality products are available for clients.
- Your order is run through the Cub Foods register. You will get the itemized receipt and pay for the groceries plus a delivery fee when they are delivered.
- Many clients qualify for subsidized delivery fees based on federal poverty guidelines for income.
- Groceries are delivered directly to your kitchen by a Store To Door employee. We are happy to unpack your groceries, put them in the refrigerator and loosen lids if you prefer.
- You may use manufacturer coupons.
